eSATA Problem with Sleep

I recently got an eSATA external drive. It's working perfectly. However, I put my computer to sleep a lot. With AHCI enabled, if my computer goes to sleep, 70% of the time when it wakes up, one of my internal drives will not wake up. I have to reboot to get that internal drive back. My other internal drive, SATA DVD burner, and external drive don't have a problem waking up sleep. I've tried looking around but can't seem to find an answer.

I'm not using RAID.
-Asus P5B Deluxe
-Vista x64

This is the drive that won't wake up from sleep when AHCI is on:
Segate 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive

Thanks for any advice.
