i hope this makes some sense....ok..... say i set my 2600-m cpu to 200x12.5@1.7v. i've read of others that can run there cpu at this setting with that voltage or lower and it run stable. however, if i was to do that i on my system it would have errors occur time and again in prime 95 and my cpu temp would run around 50C. what im wondering is whether or not reducing the temperature decreases the chance of an error. what i mean is that if i left the cpu at the same setting of 200x12.5@1.7v but went to a watercooled system and got the temp to say maybe 44C would that make any difference in the stability of my cpu?
thanks
