Error with 7800GTX and Riddick

Hey i just installed this game and when i click on the icon this is the error i get

"This Application Requires graphics driver Support for Open GL 1.3 or Higher"
 
now i have another problem... everytime i die instead of going back to checkpoint it drops back to the desktop and comes up with a error ... LOL what luck!
