I had previously installed the client using the directions provided in the guide but this morning it was not working. Microsoft updated last night (the .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1)...maybe that broke something?
Any ways, after several failed attempts at reconfiguring, I've totally uninstalled the client and reinstalled a new one. Ran the install.bat file and it appears to be correct:
Had to accept two firewall options during the install batch file.
But, I can not get to the config option because the command prompt keeps coming back and the config options never display:
Something isn't working right and now I'm at the end of my expertiese. Any thoughts? I see that someone had mentioned just installing four of the regular clients (one for each of my cores) - is that easier, better? I just want to get back up and going again....
Thanks for your suggestions.......Brian
