Error Message = [H]ard Reboot when clicked?

so i go to open speefan and "BONGK" error message ..

clicked ok and "BLINK" reboot

it's been happening a lot lately and not always the same cause of error (i.e. not always speedfan)

anybody get "BONGK"s followed by "BLINK"s?????

it's like a freakin trigger
 
BONGKS and BLINKS errors? are those seriously the error messages? if so, the only thing it could possible be is a virus.

you know the sound you get wheny hit a hard error "BONGK"

the when i click ok to the error message my whole box goes "BLINK" OFF and REBOOTS .. and i don't mean like windows is shutting down .. I mean like i hit the reset button.
 
can't remember ... i'll write it down next time it happens

just wondeirng if this sortof windows rebot trigger has every happened to anybody else
 
no, its usually a result of an unstable system though. Done any overclocking? My guess is unstable RAM.
