Okay, so I fried my SATA HD, got an RMA, will arrive tomorrow. But I was trying to install windows on my other drives but I get the same error, two CDs. It copies the setup files but after it reboots, it gets the Error Loading Operating System so it doesn't install.

I am going to try my XP Home CD(do not want it) which is like new and see if it installs. But what can cause this error. I have run the drive utilities on the HDs through the ULTIMATE BOOT CD and thjey came out error free. I have also zero'd them out with no sucess with the installation, what is wrong!

The two other drives are IDE and they are:

Maxtor 250GB ATA133
Seagate 200GB ATA100

Also, I have tried them seperately each as a master and together Master/Slave. I thought I would also add, I have my two optical drives on IDE port one.

I tried uing LBA and Large access mode with no go. Help please.

I've had similar problems trying to install Windows XP before. It turned out to be memory errors. I replaced the memory and poof! Installed like a dream. You could try running Memtest just to rule out your RAM.

Yeah, well while I have been waiting for my SATA drive to come, I thought I would run memtest because I installed a new HSF and wanted to cure the AS5 (I also pumped up the volts to 1.5 to get a lot of heat). 39C load but whatever. Its been running for 52 Hours lol (so far). And until someone gives me another idea, I'm gonna let it run.

Double checked the boot order to make sure it's trying to boot from the right HDD?

Yep, did it with only the HD plugged in (and the optical drives), HD boots first. With Large access mode and I can get it to not give the Error Loading msg but gives me some read error. But that doesn't help.
