Error installing Cellfactor

Every time I try to install the Cell factor technoloy demo I receive this error.

After that setup closes.

I tried a few things such as disabling AV and deleting the Install Shield folder but neither allowed me to install the demo. I also updated the .net framework version from MS, kind of unnecesary for the installer to try and update it for me Does the AGEIA driver have to be installed already because, it came with GRAW and I uninstalled the driver. The error would suggest a issue regarding the program trying to install the .net framework rather than a issue with the PhysX driver. I know that the game will run without a AGEIA PhysX card because there were users playing the game by editing the command line arguments to allow the game to run without detecting a PhysX card. Any help is appreciated.
