Intel ICH9R RAID5 array, had a couple of volumes in the array, deleted a smaller 200GB volume and only one 3.5 TB array left and want to add the left over 200GB to the 3.5TB array. Attempting to "increase size" prompts me if I'm sure, I click yes and then I immediately receive the error message "An unknown error occurred while an operation was in progress. The operation could not be completed."
I can use the left over space to create a new volume but not increase the size. Anyone know what's stopping me from increasing the size? I can't delete and recreate as there's a large amount of data on it and I'd rather not have to back it up.
