I am attempting to format a harddrive and get the following error. "Windos cannot format this drive. Quit any disk utilities or other porgrams that are using this drive, and make sure that no window is displaying the contents of the drive. Then try formatting again" Any ideas. I have nothing open when I get this error. Any other program to wipe the HD clean?
