Error connecting windows Media center to xbox 360!

Help!! Im trying to set up Windows media center with my xbox 360, I get threw all the steps and right when it starts connecting to xbox 360, setting up user account. I get an error
"A problem occurred during setup,please run setup again" This error happens right when it trys creating a user account.

I kind of have an idea of what I have to do, which is manually add the local group "MCX1" or "MCRD" can someone tell me how to do this. I'm not seein "add a group option" under Computer Managment ---> System tools.
 
well this forum is filled with computer experts so someones gotta know!! But anyways I figured out my own temporary Solution which is working good enough ;)
 
just right mouse click and add group
start , settings, control panel, admin tools, computer management, local users and goup, right mouse click and new group.
 
the local users and group option isn't their WTF! I went to the exact place you just told and the local users and groups icon is not their although it's on my other machine.
