Error after installing ATI drivers.....

If you saw my thread yesterday, I switched out a GeForce FX5900 to an ATI 9800pro, but after is removed the Nvidia drivers like the sticky said, and installed the ATI ones I've been getting an error from the Catalyst Control Panel:

The application failed to initializa properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate the application.

The card seems to be working fine, but this is moderately irritating. Could it be from having a Nvidia card and switching without reformatting? Or is this a common problem?

Well, that was easy, lol. I had thought I installed it but I guess not.

While I'm here and full of questions.... Are there any other utilities for a 9800pro I should get, or look into ( I have atitool currently)? Also, how do I check to see if this card is 256bit? Thanks again =)
 
ATi Tray Tools is what I've used for all my ATi cards lately. I cant think of anything off the top of my head to check if its 256bit or not. Glad you got that issue fixed though.

ATi Tray Tools will tell you the memory width (128/256 etc) (Hardware, System Information) :).
