Error after install samsung 970 evo plus

I just install that m2 and the error backup data and replace hard disk drive appear. Is that samsung bad? I cant install window on it coz it says cant create new partition. And cant boot from that drive also

What motherboard are you using, where is the error coming up (BIOS, UEFI, boot disk etc?) Do you have the m.2 slot activated in the BIOS/UEFI (If you go into the BIOS/UEFI setup on your board do you see the device there?
 
Everything is fine but I dont know why the drive hit 85c. I already put the heatsink on.
