EPOX 9nda3j anyone having problems

I would like to know if anyone is having problems with the APOX 9nda3j MB. I cannot get it stable at 1T. I have tried adjusting the timings the voltage. nothing seems to be working. I have a 3500 venice. I have crucial crucial 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Unbuffered System Memory Model CT6464Z40B.8T - OEM :

I was told by all the reviews this memory is very good. Should I call Crucial and or Epox. Should I just RMA my MB get one from another manufacturer. I got the board from Newegg earlier in the Month.

Please help.

I do have the most current BIOS.
 
If you are able to get any nForce 3 board to run memory at 1T, you are one in a million. I have only heard on 1 person that is able to run 1T on thier memory and that was with a MSI NEO2xxx board. DFI,Epox,and some others have not found even one that will run at 1T. Set your memory for max performance with 2T and accept this as just the way it is.

There may be an update on bios files that may allow the memory to run at 1T, but at present it is not a doable thing, that I am aware of.
 
are you serious. that would really suck. everyone has been telling and suggesting things.
have you tried this make sure this is set. turn this down I been getting real frustrated.
 
there are lots of little settings in the bios when setting a nf4 up to run past 250fsb that will need to be set -- like ram speed, pci-express , pci-locks , hypertransport buss --the t1 t2 thingy- ect--ect---lol

when you get this sorted out -- you should be able to get a better OC out of it --

if your ram is also going 230mhz-- you might be hitting its limit at 1to1 ratio

another little item--the bios update--well that could be an important thing on a NF4 mb --i would see if there is an updated bios for your mb before rma' ing anything--

what is your cpu running at ?--the 3500??

What do you have the memory divider set to?

I have had mine to HTT278 stable with no problems whatever.
These boards have a bunch of settings that you have to start out setting low, then gradually go up until you reach a celing on your cpu.

Then begin raising the memory until you get a good OC, stable, and fast as you can get.
 
#2 in a million reportng in - on Epox 9nda3+. (2x512 dual channel, 1T, 250x10, 166 divisor) Verified on looping memtest and rock solid everyday use.

i have an Epox 8kda3 j running at 1T...its a socket 754 nf3 board....or is this a socket 939 problem only? I never really heard about big trouble running at 1T before reading this thread :) its PMI memory currently OC'ed to 225MHz at 2-3-3-10-1T
 
epox 9nda3j - have Kinston HyperX ddr 500 that is supposed to be 1t but even at ddr400 speeds it weirds out at 1t settings (funny thing is on auto is never reads as 1t)

I just got a Chaintech vnf4 utlra (nf4 board) and before I flashed the bios to suppot my x2 it was reading the memory at 1t on auto settings - after flash it reads it as 2t - hmmmm
