Epox 9NDA3+ Are the Marvell SATA ports locked?

Does anyone have this motherboard overclocked and have any experience with using SATA ports 3 and 4? I've heard people saying on various forums that they aren't locked and have issues when overclocking.

I'm about ready to buy myself a Plextor 16x DL burner, the SATA version, and I would need to use one of those ports in question.

Since I'm currently running overclocked at 240 HTT this could be a problem for me if I decide to go with this drive and it turns out the ports won't work correctly with the new burner.

If someone has attempted to use those SATA 3/4 ports while overclocking their 9NDA3+ could you tell me if you had any success or not?

Oh by the way, the reason I'm asking is because no one ever says for certain if they're locked or unlocked. If someone with 1st hand experience could just say yes or no that would help a lot.

If they aren't locked I'll probably end up getting the PATA version of the Plextor drive I want.
