epox 8RDA+ Ultra 400 + 2500+ how to overclock?

Ok this my system specs
Epox 8RDA+ Ultra 400 + 2500+
and Geil pc3200 memory

I was told from the person who sold me the barton tha it was unlocked
but I cant seem to overclock it at 200fsb when I do this it doesnt go into windows? Do I need to tweak something else so this can work?
like the voltage or something?

the best I got is 180FSB at 1.99GHZ how can I get 3200+ speeds?

I dont see an option for the VCORE
I only see CPU voltage and AGP voltage

when I tried the CPU it would make some beeping noise and I had to reset the cmos

That sounds really weird...your FSB should reast at least 200...

Are you running your memory and cpu at a 1:1 ratio?
