Epox 8KDA3 mods?

I've seen some people get high overclocks in other forums with these boards. The only thing is, they're using higher than 2.8V for their vdimm, but I read in reviews the max is 2.8. So I'm guessing it's a board modification. I was wondering how to do these mods, anyone know of any guides? (apparently there's a vdimm and a vcore mod, but the vdimm is more important to me).
