Hello all. I am a Computer Science Major that is almost done with school. I am starting to prepare for the dreaded technical/coding interview. I have been reading a lot of tips from places such as Hacker News, etc., and I have to admit that I am feeling a little "inadequate." I see all of these interview tips and sample q's from Amazon and Google, and it made me wonder, "Do I have the chops? Am I just over-analyzing this and interviews at "regular" companies won't be as difficult? How are software dev interviews at non-software focused corporations (e.g. enterprise dev at companies like State Farm, large retail chains, etc.)?"
So, long story short, what are the experiences of veterans on the board? Do you have any tips or good resources for the first time tech interview?
Thanks in advance!
