Enough wattage?

I will be running a:

Socket939 AMD 3700+
AsRock mATX mobo
eVGA 6800GS
Creative Live! crappy sound card ($30 one)
Firewire card
1 HDD (laptop drive)
3 CDD (laptop drive)
1 FDD (laptop drive)
2 80mm fans
1 120mm fan
and a fan controller

on a 400 watt SilverStone: http://www.svc.com/sst-400-41.html

If not, how much wattage do you think I will need? Keep in mind that I am running laptop drives, not full-sized drives.

Wattage is useless if it's all on the wrong outputs. With that said, running laptop drives will really help.
