enough power?

Ok i am looking at getting a Visiontek 4850 but i dont know if i have enough power.

My specs:

e6600 @ 2.4
4gb ddr2 1000
2x150gb raptors raid 0
dvd burner
and a 460w 1u server psu linked below

i am currently running a 8800gt and it run fine, any info would be great.

The HD4850 isn't really that much more power hungry than the 8800GT. Maybe 30W more from what I can remember. You can most likely get by just fine.

I don't know how good that PSU is, but if it is capable of outputting its rated capacity, it will be enough.
