Stumbled on this, more VOGONS than [H], but seems to be an audience for ES oddities here so enjoy

Not sure of the exact purpose, evidently allows Apple monitors on Wang freestyle workstations / PC. Uses a TMS34020 chip which is used in arcade cabinets in the early 90's (among other things).
