Enermax T40 or CM Hyper 212 Evo

Hey guys. Trying to decide on a good cooler to OC my i7 2700k.
Right now I'm between the open box Enermax ETS-T40-TA: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835214024R
And the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099

I've read a few reviews, some say one is better, some say the other is better.
What do you guys think about newegg open box items?

The Hyper 212+ is only $20 at Amazon right now, for what it's worth. I'd take that over an open-box item.

The heatpipes are spaced farther apart than the evo. A couple degree difference...

The Enermax is a solid cooler, but I think the Evo is a little better. You shouldn't go wrong with either one.

Cool. I'm going to try out the open box T40.
What do you guys think of Antec Formula 7 thermal paste? I just got some for free and was thinking about using it instead of the regular old AS5.

I wouldn't use AS5 - it is capacitive, so can cause problems if you get it on the motherboard. The newer stuff is safer.
