Enermax Noisetaker PSU

so i guess the ax model has the active pfc, does this really help that much?

however I wouldnt advise either of those PSUs if your looking to employ them for any length of time, they are both ATX12V v1.3
Id get an ATX12V v2.2 compliant supply and run a 24 pin to 20 pin adapter to employ it on a 20 pin mobo
