enermax liberty issues

i have a qpack that i just installed a new processor...everything was wroking fine...closed up the case and all teh lights started blinking really fast....so i took out the enermax liberty put the stock psu the qpack comes with and pc boots fine...the liberty makes all the lights blink and makes a ticking sound inside....no post on boot..everything else worked fine before this...did my psu goo bad?...
 
it would be a year in july....i got it RMA'ed through newegg....i guess you can still rma something things that arent over a year yet...so i hope to get it fixed.
