Is this supply worth opening to fine tune the outputs?

Oops let me clarify. Is there a set of potentiometers in there to adjust?
 
I don't remember there being pots.

Why should you open it to adjust them?
 
12 volt seems low (11.5V) verified with hp digital volt meter.

System is stable so will probably leave the seal intact. Bummer there's no pots though.
 
+11.5V is low!!

Make sure it's not just a poor connection at the PSU. 99% of the time low voltage is a bad connection when it comes to modulars.
 
What you're doing is call thread-jacking.

You're in the right forum, but your issues do not pertain to the original poster. The only similarity here is the brand of PSU.
