You will need a better PSU if you fit another Ultra into that. Otherwise, not bad ;)

EDIT - and that NV5 won't cool the graphics card down too well either since the eVGAs have copper cores already. Plus, you'll need a replacement single-slot PCI cover to fit on the Ultra, otherwise the fan won't be able to vent out of the case. I think Arctic Cooling can provide these, but it won't come with the fan.

i think the PSU may struggle with 1. isn't it 420W needed for an ultra?

There's a 480W PSU listed as well further down. 2 PSUs. Can you use both independently to power different parts of the system?

winchester

wont be putting another ultra in... there too expensive, but the option is always there, with the psu upgrade of course

doesnt the back plate of the ultra have holes in the slot for the stock fan?

Are you all blind? Look down a bit, he bought an additional 485 W PSU.....

Nice buy, how much canadian did it cost?

2400 plus tax

Work needed a PC ASAP so they took mine and are rebuying this for me in return... so im out a gaming PC and im stuck with my D600 laptop for a day or two.. heh

Lol glad someone noticed :)

Yeah I noticed too. Why on earth buy a case with a PSU and a PSU as well??? Why not get a good case without one and add a good one. You could have gotten a good case and a good PSU instead of mediocre of both. 485W isn't enough for SLi and that case is tiny.

Wont be running SLI anytime soon, spare power supply never hurts, ill leave it at work in the IT office or something, they bought the PC... i dont care they can have the space PSU for a work system

i like the Sonota, had one at home fore a week before getting this, dual 120mm fans, trays etc, great case

i know, im sure ncix will be like what the hell... oh well

if i go SLI later when 6800 ultras are like 200$... ill get a psu then LOL

No - the stock fan doesn't exhaust, it merely blows the air around inside the case. You can actually fit the NV5, but it will mean taking the entire double PCI slot cover off the card and having the weight of Ultra+NV5 hanging entirely on the PCI-e slot. Not something to recommend...

Check out a few online retailers - they should sell the replacement part you need to add. It came up in a recent thread, but it'll be several pages back now I expect.

arent you getting the PSU in the case as well as the enermax? why not get a case without a PSU and add an enermax server psu with 550W?

not a big deal right now

as for the psu the 485 will be fine for now, and im after a quiet PC at the same time...

i still dont understand why you bought what you did. you could have done a lot better for the same money with respect to the case and psu.

Case requirement was:

120mm in
120mm out
dust filter
Black
not a huge case

and i have that case now, love the hd m ounting system and low noise level, work paid for it, the psu will sit on test bench at work since i used the one there in a PC
