Encrypted backup to remote location(windows)

Hello!

I'm searching for a solution(free one) that would do backup of a local PC(incremental and full ones), encrypt them and send them(ftp,scp,rsync,...) to the off-site server.

On-site server is running Windows and the off-site is running Linux.

Anyone know of any "all in one" solution? I know I could use some backup program and then encrypt the archive with pgp and send it over, but I would like to have 1 program do all the work

I use Duplicati for exactly that.

Duplicati seems like a good idea. I was just hoping it could run as a Service, since I plan on using it on Server 2012 and Admin won't be logged in all the time...

I found Cobian Backup and I think it will do what I want. It doesn't support SSH transfer, but even FTP will be good enough as long as archieve is encrypted...
