I am trying to decide which would be best to use to write music from a cd on to my computer.

Audiograbber: when incoded in wav it has around 1100 kbps
Windows Media Player: when incoded in wma lossless it has 700 to 900 kbps.

They both sound the same to me on my piecer computer speakers, but will I be able to notice a difference wearing nice headphones(sennheiser hd212pros)?
 
What they are getting at is using FLAC encoding, which is completely lossless, and it is very easy to convert to far lossier (mp3 or AAC) using Foobar 2k.
