My enclosures case USB 3.0 modelOrico 25PW1 black and Kesu 2530 uses the ASM235CM or JMicron generic JMS578 chips. Do these two chips have full support to pass on all commands and signals from Windows to safely eject and remove hardware to park the 2.5" HDD heads even without disconnecting the USB cable from the enclosure and PC?

Does the brand, model, chip and firmware of the USB 3.0 enclosure case interfere with these processes of sending signals and commands from Windows to the 2.5" HDD?

I have an ASM225CM based adapter (the USB 3.0/5Gbps limited version of the ASM235CM) and haven't have any issues on Windows with HDDs or SSDs, even TRIM on Linux (which can vary depending on the USB controller and even firmware version).

As for parking heads idk the logic behind it in relation to safe ejection. I know for example that even if power is unexpectedly cut HDDs auto park the heads (returning to the default position).

whats the point of all these questions and threads? just use your drive, its fine.
