This summer, I'm looking to buy a water cooling setup. I have never used water cooling before, so my first choice was to buy a Koolance system. After reading a few reviews i've learned that their are better systems out there. Problem is, i still want an enclosed setup like koolance offers with their exos. So my question is, are their any enclosed systems like the exos but perform better/ are cheaper?

Also, I plan on buying a D-TEK FuZion CPU block and a EK Waterblock for my GPU. Are these the best out atm? and what would be a good CPU block?

Hang a PA120.X (either a 120.2 if no over clocking, or a 120.3 if you plan to OC) off the back with a rad box, and use a DDC-2 with petras top to run 7/16" MasterKleer tubing on 1/2" barbs and a T-line. For fans I woudl go with some YateLoon fans or if you have the money to burn grab some Scythe S-Flex.

Oh, and those are the best blocks at the moment.

oops, forgot fluid. :p

use Distiled Water from the grocery store and add 5% to 10% pentosin (also from petras) to the water to keep everything working good.

And don't forget to clean everything out before you hook it all up so there will not be any gunk floating in your loop.

Stay away from external boxes as they're not only grossly overpriced but perform at a substandard level.

D-Tek FuZion and EK GPU blocks are a great way to start out. Just make sure you get a quality pump and radiator as those are the most important components of any watercooling setup. I'd purchase a DDC-2 w/ Petra's top for the pump. For your radiator, either a Swiftech MCR220/320 or a Thermochill PA120.2/120.3 if you can afford it.

Just measure out what will fit in your case and then pull the trigger.

I suggest you do all of you shopping at www.petrastechshop.com They're the best in the business and carry all the reputable brands. They won't up sell you and they don't carry crap products. If it's not on the site, it's probably a crappy water cooling product.
