Enable IGP asrock z87

I just installed an I5-4670k on an Asrock z87 pro4 and can't figure out how to enable intel quick sync for handbrake. I have read I need a virtumvp so I can run both the IGP and the dedicated card at the same time. When I go to install the program VirtuMVP it tells me no integrated graphics device was found. The only thing I can think it isn't enabled in the bios but I can't find where to enable it at. Any one have any clues?
 
I am not familiar with that board and bios, but it is usually under advanced settings (vs basic settings). Its very clear in the Asus bios.
