emulating a prolonged download.

I need to emulate a prolonged download like 5 minutes while I do some is-is bgp route failure testing. My lab hardware I usually use is down at the moment and I'm feeling lazy can anyone recommend an FTP I should go download or something? No torrents or dirty stuff this is at work Piscian. maybe I'll go run a steam download or something, I'm trying to avoid installing anything this is supposed stay as a blank system.
