I get this really annoying clicking/crackling sound when bullets are shooting, or just a bunch of noises going on period. It is really noticeable in the Empire Total War demo.

Does anyone else have this problem? Could it be that my PSU is not enough for my system? (Antec Earthwatts 430W) I wouldn't think that would be it. I've tried disabling background processes and updating my motherboard drivers to no avail.
