I noticed an oddity with the html stats generated by EMIII this morning.... I wondered if anyone else had seen anything odd.... I sent an email and the html files to LPerry a few minutes ago, to see if others are having this same problem or if it's just a freak occurance.... So I figured I'd come here and see if anyone else had similar issues......

Here's what the problem looks like.... After about the 3rd row, nothing is in the right column..... http://www.freewebs.com/hardfolding/myproteins-10-1-06-to-11-13-06.htm

Anyone else having similar issues?

Keep on Folding!! For the [H]orde!!

I think it may have something to do with a protein name...... namely: "p2142_halr-wt, CN inhib, NADP+ in water" ........ I think the commas throw the parsing off.....

It's the only protein I see that has commas in the title..... only other is p2143 which is pretty much the same animal....

EM is supposed to remove commas from protein names and replace them with underscores... I'll check and see what is going on.

You may still have to fix your CSV that has all the proteins you've completed.... I installed the new one, and grabbed the html stat and it had 0 proteins completed in the last 2 months.... so I took a look at "myproteins" and it had an error in it due to the commas.... I fixed that, and now everything comes out okay....

Yepper... can't fix the file for ya, but a little change to any proteins with commas and it will work fine. :D

thanks again for all the work you do!
