embedding wmp script that actually works in firefox?

I would have to say the safe way would be to find a flash based player that will handle your video types. That way you dont have to deal with codecs, media player versions, media player alternatives playing your media.

Another interesting note would be to upload to an already popular video hosting site. You will save room on your server as well as have a second stream of advertisement/ability to search that might bring more users to your site.
