Embedded application questions

I just set up Samba to be a print server. easy. now heres the hard part. I need a single board computer with ONLY the following on it:

Network
USB
CPU (at least 100Mhz)
Serial port
CF and at least 32mb built in RAM

I don't need audio, LCD controller, or the such. I've looked at soekris, embedded586 and a whole bunch of other retailers. Anyone have any ideas? I want to keep the price down below $200

I have an old super small 166Mhz, 256Mb, 1gig microdrive box that runs as print server at my home....it has onboard video, and i got a teeny cheap network card and stuck it on there. the board just lays on my shelf running
