Ok a Friend of mine (and yes it really is a friend i only talk to him on aim) purchased some rack mountable cisco switches for real cheap he is 99% sure they are stolen and he asked me if he sold them could he get caught since i have no freaking clue i figured i'd ask some one at the [H]ard
