Email to Scheduled Appointment - Outlook 2003

When people request time off they send me a meeting request and I add it to the Vacation Calendar.

I would like to know if there is a way that I can reply/forward the request to the Vacation Calendar and have it automatically appear.

Is this possible?

Figured it out.

I created a new public folder called, "Vacation Time" and "mail enable" it. A new email address of "[email protected]" automatically is created and from there I can Accept/Deny the requests.
