Email Blasting.

Not really sure where to put this, so I'm tossing in this sub forum.

My medical office is starting to send out email blasts about once a month to people who have opted in (at the time of their visit) to be contacted via email.

Here's the main freaking headache.

I have a word document with all these names in it that I applied to a special forwarding email address in our domain (ie emailblast@domain.com).

Anyway, now if people are asking to be removed.... I have to remove them from my word document and update the email forward list online.

What I'm really looking for is an inexpensive option to manage and host the email blasts via an online service. It would be great if the service offered an Unsubscribe option so I don't have to mess with it anymore too.

Does anyone have any experience with any marketing services out there that offer anything like what I need?

You can use free Mailing Lists software:

Recipient can unsubscribe anytime they want.
