I've been using EM3 to monitor the progress of my boxen, and last night I noticed a problem after updating to the most recent version.

My P3 had been working on a p1412_polyQ36 in water, and all was going well. But EM3 reported the protein had 400 frames, when it only had 100. When the WU was completed, the frames progress bar froze for that particular box at 224 out of 400 frames. I've removed the box, then added it again. But its still says out of 400 frames. At the moment its chewing on a 1803_Collagen_POG10_refolding, which I know doesn't have 400 frames.

EM3 has never counted the frames the same as the graphical client for me. I remember the graphical client said one protein had ~1500 frames but it only really kept track of every 3rd frame and EM3 just happend to say it had 500 frames.
All in all, who gives a sh** :D Keep on folding!

 
It would appear that there is combined information being displayed. Something I have never seen and has never been reported... would seem impossible since all indications are you are folding a Tinker work unit. I would go to that box and look at the log file, or use EM to look at it. Very odd behavior to say the least. I have no answers for you at this time. :(
 
I almost asked where the big question mark over the protein came from.

I figured it out now ;)

From what I can see, everything is fine here, but perhaps I'm missing something. I dont know what the hell the problem is. I opened the old version of EM3 I was using before I updated, heres what it looks like;

Im having the same issue, well a similar one at least, it happened after a bad overclock caused a 600 point gromacs to restart at 49 frames, it is reporting the time per frame rate, but not the frames completed, which remained at 49 for the rest of that unit, and is still there even though im now on 250 odd of a tinker, the weird thing is, the time perframe is right.
The pc picture is still showing gromacs too.
 
I think I've fixed it.

I waited till the WU finished, then deleted the directory and started anew.
 
Mine fixed itself after 10 WUs, so im guessing it was an issue with FAH not writing queue.dat right or something along those lines.
