Elite PRO to Xbox 360 issues

I had it running but now all a sudden it don´t want to play nice to me?

I get no sound. Using optical from Elite PRO to the Xbox 360 and dolby digital 5.1 worked before...
 
check the volume control page in windows and make sure it is not muted, and that 'enable digital i/o' in advanced is enabled. because of the multijack thing, a program might have forced something to mute. like when i used to play bf2, it would mute the line in and switch to microphone.
