Eletrical Noise

I recently started to overclock my Q6700. I got chip at a stable 3.2.. But Now I have getting lots of eletrical noise comming from around the RAM and CPU. I have already ruled out the HDD and fans.

It seems strange, like scrolling, highlighting all seem to have an eletrical response, like it starts making noise in sync with the scrolling! I set the core to 1.50 and the FSB voltage is auto, which is usually about 1.4

Whats your guys take on it, It seems pretty loud to me...

Do you have Speedstep/EIST and C1E enabled? Those power-saving features can sometimes cause the CPU voltage regulation circuitry to produce coil whine. It's good to keep them enabled if you can, but if they are causing the noise, you may want to just live with the higher power draw.
