Oh, and back "on topic"... this could be useful for the people who suggest liquid sodium CPU cooling loops and other insane ideas like that :D
 
Mercury looks promising, but it doesn't have as high a specific heat capacity as water; however it has better heat transfer (I think). There are 3 problems however. 1 is finding a pump powerful enough to move the mercury (its fucking dense). The next would be expansion in volume due to heat. That could be remedied by running it in a not-completely-full reservoir. And the last problem to face would be health hazards. You'd have to make sure that sucker isn't evaporating.. otherwise you'll find out first had if heavy elements are poisonous or not. (Hint: they are)
 
Yeah- Mercurys great expect for that itll kill u deader than Elvis if you even blink at it.

But It makes up for it by looking cool under black light.
