New Core Icon
Track MAC Work Units
New PopUp Menu Feature
New Suspend Feature
Small Bug Fix

Since we have a new core that is used to work with doubles, I thought it might be a good idea to make it easy to see the difference between core 78 and core 79. The little computer icon for Gromacs has been a light blue color. This is still true for core 78 but, when EM detects core 79, the icon will be a dark blue. At a glance you can tell which Gromacs core is being used.

EM will now track MAC work units over the network. Not everything is currently working perfectly. EM will not yet display the Run/Clone/Generation info, nor anything in the Queue.dat file. I am still working on the complete conversion. I ran out of time, but at least it should now track the progress. Since I don't have a MAC, I can't confirm this, but in theory it should work. Let me know if it doesn't.

Right-Clicking the box name in the EM protein window will now display a popup menu so you can calculate points and use the new suspend feature when the protein image is either turned off or not visible in the current view.

Added a 'suspend' setting so you can turn off EM tracking for any client. Once turned off, EM will not update anything for the selected work unit until you remove the 'suspend' flag. This includes restarting EM.

Fixed a small bug that popped up with the help reference to the web site. Forgot to test it and was missing a character in the URL address.

A big thank you to everyone who has contributed a few dollars to help me keep the EM-DC web site up and running. Every little bit helps and I appreciate the donations. :D

Please check the protein page to see if you might have one of my missing xyz protein files.

Thanks! :D
