It is essentially the EV2333W with the DP port replaced with HDMI. It seems to be oriented towards multimedia - in which case it would need better signal frequency tolerance than the 2333 in order to support consoles. It also can come with the Tristand instead of the Flexstand stand, which saves money.
 

I wrote a mail to Eizo and asked if this monitor will be released in Europe, and they wrote back that it will not... Most likely it won't be released in America either.

Thought I'd just reply here with that, in case anyone's waiting for this screen...

I'd say, either get the EV2333 or the FS2331.
