So I moved from Colorado to Wyoming over the weekend and have noticed a change in CPU temps...I was idling at 28 and supporting a full load around 41, but am now idling around 31 and have yet to put the system through a torture test to see what the max load is. The elevation increase is aprox. 2000 feet, and what makes this even more confusing is that I went from some generic thermal compound to AS5 last..Wednesdayish. The AS5 is still in the "break in" stage, but to see in increase in temps is frustrating...is it possible that the elevation is really effecting the proc this significantly...is the AS5 really as good as other boast it to be? Am I just worried for nothing? Am I asking too many questions
Any piece of advice would be appreciated, thanks!
