Alright, I have an AGP8x BFG 6600 GT OC with a stock fan on it. Now that I am overclocking it, I have decided to throw on some memory heatsinks I had got from an old ICEBerq 5 VGA HSF. Identical to those found on the Vantec ICEBerq 4. However, the stock fan covers a majority of the video-card's memory, so I can only put 4 of the little heatsinks on, but a quarter of the heatsink has to hang off of the memory chip. Is this still effective? Thanks.
