Edit a Visual Style (Windows XP)

[Stormlifter]

Can someone link me to a program that allows me to create/edit a visual style (theme), things like the cursor and the toolbar, startbar and things like that and lets me make my own.

If you link a pay-for software please post your experience with it or make sure it has a trail

Thanks!

http://www.tgtsoft.com/ for StyleXP and Stylebuilder, probably the best and most widely used tools for theme creation.

Also, www.themexp.com for premade themes, and www.neowin.net has probably the largest community online of themers and information for doing what you're looking to do. Incredible resources at Neowin, and more information than you'd probably ever need.

Hope this helps...

There is also Samurize and Windowblinds, which you do have to pay for. I have used WB quite a bit, it works well, but some seem to feel it's a bit of a hog. I haven't really noticed any real impact on performance, but this is rather system dependent.
