got the glasses , installed as instructed , yet the glasses remain open , they dont flicker

called cust. support , they sent me a new pair (so now i have 2 pairs) the same thing , no 3d as they shutters arent opening and closing.

fresh install on xp and win98se , tried different direct x versions , tried service packs , took all the bits out my pc apart from basics , tried all the little progs that the help site say to fiddle with and yet still no flickering from both glasses

any ideas?

i cant be that unlucky and have the exact same problem on 2 pairs of glasses
 
yeah looks like another pc needs to be tested

i think it could be the 6800 GT that is the prob , maybe not giving enough juice out the monitor port to run the glasses
