Actually caught this whole set the other night. hysterical. heard him back when i was in highschool and been a fan since. clever man, not a bad actor either.
 
I always catch him when he hits Seattle, wish I'd see him on the big screen some more, always enjoy seeing him around.
 
I just watched the episode of Top Gear UK where he was the guest last night. Very funny man. Also it is so true. "Hey update. Yes I agree get on with it. Its done. Hey....Nothing changed." Actually with iTunes its more "Hey.....Nothing changed. Oh. Wait. It crashes more!"
 
Only in the world of Computer Software can you sell a completely shoddy product and when people complain that it does not work; you promise that their issue is fixed in the next version. Please purchase it.

I saw this at the MEN in 2009, then at my parents for Christmas day I opened my pressie off my ma and pa and low behold the live DVD of the show I'd just watched.

Eddie Izzard is one top 5 funniest comedians out there imo. His Dress To Kill or Executive Transvestite stand-up piece is one of the funniest gigs ever

The clip here is from the most disappointing Eddie Izzard show in recent history.

In my opinion he is rapidly fading. Relies a lot on routine now, seem a lot less quick witted, fewer tangents and associations, more casual attitude, less fire and madness, and a lot of the material in this particular show seems to be derivatives of material from earlier shows. It was pretty sad to watch as a fan.

Hey, he's a Mac user. He's used to buying recycled old crap from Apple as something fresh and new, why shouldn't his audience accept the same thing? If he was really commited, he'd lose 33% of his weight and hang a camera around his neck.
