i am running ecs k7s5a pro with a amd 2100. i want to over clock it but im not sure how to with the ecs board. how would i do so. what bios would i have to use?
 
From what I've heard, you can overclock a *bit* with the K7S5A, but it's very limited.

I could be wrong, however.

there is a hacked bios for the ecs motherboard that allows voltage/multiplier/fsb adjustments. of course, i forget what it is called atm.

ah, here it is:
ecs modded bioses
make sure you know your revision number and which bios you need BEFORE you flash.
the wonders of a quick google search, no? (comment to myself mainly)
